Last week I came home to a yellow envelope on my mini tiny table.
Didn't order anything lately and wonders who's the sender..

Open it hurriedly, and ta dah~

It's 1 Neutrogena mask and 1 SK-II Mask!

I send her the leftover sample of the Lotree BB cream to try and she sent me 2 masks! That's so sweet of her. :)

I haven't got the chance to review the masks.. Plus the many packs of samples waiting for me to review them, but now really no time ah!! A lot of assignments to rush out. After assignments is exams. I promise I'll update with a couple of reviews once I'm done with my assignments k..

Sharp Pain in Chest

The sharp pains are back.
If I didn't remember wrongly, the last time I experienced it was like a few years back, now I'm experiencing it again. In fact I've had a couple of "attacks" in the past week.. On CNY eve and 1st day of CNY itself I had 2 "attacks".

It's this pain that normally last for a really short while like 10secs or so, but it's really sharp and it's terrifying. You don't dare to move or even breath in or out. And once the pain is gone, you'll feel that the area still have a bit of aching..

I was going to see the doctor but decide to check if I can find any info on this scary pain first.

Found a website and the information on it is quite close to what I'm experiencing.

"It causes you to catch your breath, and you try not to breathe in or breathe out too much because it’s extremely painful either way. You take short, staggered breaths and try not to move. Finally, you work up the courage to take a sharp inhale or exhale. You feel a sensation similar to a bubble bursting and the pain is gone."

Have you experienced this before?

I screw up my hair! + my first eyelash extension.

Done hair rebonding on Monday and I look totally stupid now with super dry hair ends.
Remember long time ago I dyed my hair? The damage from all those colouring haven go away fully.. My hair is like hay now. argh.

Couldn't take a proper photo of me so I drew it on ms paint.
This is how I look like now. :(

So the whole brownish part is like super damage to the point that it's freaking pokey and I feel like chopping the whole thing off! but I can't cause my hair will look super short leh.. :(

I did my first eyelash extension on Tuesday and I don't find that I look very different leh. :(
In fact no one in my family knew I had eyelash extension until Thursday evening or something.
Plus point was the fact that I didn't need to curl my lashes..
Anyway I can't wear specs too often now cause the lashes will touch the lens, so I'm wearing contact lens most of the time now.

Recently I bought about 5-6 items from a certain seller, and I am very unhappy with the seller's service. So unhappy that I must rant out, if not I'll never be able to rest! :P If you're unwilling to read long ranting post just scroll down to the bottom to look at the photos.

From the start, I went through her blogshop and decide that I want to purchase about 6 items from her blogshop, and so I emailed her. It was on a Wednesday.

I thought it's a pretty good deal and paid on the same day (Wednesday).
She replied saying that my items would be sent out latest by Friday.

On Friday she emailed me:

Even though the item was supposed to be $16, I decide to be a nice buyer and decide to let her off. Until.. I received the items on Monday and I didn't like what I see. The conditions of the items do not match the ratings she wrote on her webpage, the free gift was some really cheapo item. plus the clothes are mostly far too big for me so I end up giving them to my maid. But before I gave them to my maid I wrote an email to feedback.

My feedback:

Hi IBW, I would like to know why was I refunded only $8 when the pink top is
$16? I'm not interested in the free gift and felt kinda "cheated" in

The earrings which you stated it's BN are rusty/tarnished and I cannot

This is my reply to your email.
The earrings were bought from another seller and it was stated brand new by her. I did not even try the earrings on and so I didn't know that it has been tarnished in the interior. But before mailing out the item I did check that it was not rusty on the exterior. And the slit on the skirt is not a tear. It is meant to be part of the design.
It's a mistake on my part for only refunding you $8 as I thought the top is $12. I have refunded an additional $4. The excess $4 has been used to offset registered postage which cost about $5.

It's not the money but the frustration of not getting the promised goods that makes me angry. I'm usually not a super fussy buyer as I know there are risks involved and also different people have different perception. For example something that might be conditioned as 8/10 by me could be 7/10 or 6/10 to person A, yet to person B it might be almost totally flawless at 9/10 or even 9.9/10.

I am 42kg but I still need to loose weight.

I'm suddenly hit by the fact that Chinese New Year is only 20 days from now.
Which also means 20 more days to seeing my relatives laugh at my fat face, fat arms and fat butt. :( Argh.. crap. I hate it when they say those nasty stuffs and expect you to still "smile-and-say-thank-you" kind of attitude.

Whatever.
Back on topic, 20 days and I've so much things to do!!!

4 Assignments to complete
4 Examination papers to study for
1 Room to clean
2kg(at least) waiting to be lost
Brothers' CNY clothes waiting to be bought

That's all I can think of now.

For the 4 assignments, I've planned to do a bit of one assignment each day and hopefully complete:

Economics assignment by 22 Jan 09
Management assignment by 23 Jan 09

For the 4 papers, I can only hope that I can complete the 4 assignments on time so that I have 2 weeks after CNY to study.

My room, I hope to clean up on weekends loh.
& my brothers' CNY clothes maybe this weekend loh.

The 3 kg in 20days is not very easy, but let's just hope I can do it alright? :p
I've 3 dumbbells (1kg, 2kg & 3kg) waiting for me to carry them.
I shall not drink any coke or 100 plus from now till Chinese New Year! *Quickly finishes my half can of coke. :p*

I was shopping with hubby yesterday (28 December 2008) and I came across this product that's supposedly for people who desire baby-smooth skin. Hmm. sounds like me eh? :p

Hubby bought a bottle of this for me to try. (DMG: SGD39.00)

I've just started taking them and hopefully by CNY, I'll have baby-smooth skin just like the winner of Sato Hakubi Gorgeous Skin Search Contest. She's pretty leh!

I know. I have really bad skin lah. haiz..

I am allowed to bring one guest in, I decide to bring hubby.
My dress-up code is "S", so I'm there as Schoolgirl or Someone's girlfriend.
Hubby is Schoolgirl's boyfriend or Someone. I know we're so boring.. But I'm staying over at my hopefully future-in-law place that night, so I really don't want to look like some party animal. :p

I can finally understand why some people hate me so much..
A friend of hubby got us a pair of complimentary tickets to Fahrenheit's Fantasy World Tour.
Yes, I got to see my 大东 and Aaron. So CUTE!!!!

There are many people who got their tickets from signing new phone line plan or something but I got mine totally free lahs. No need to sign phone line/plan de.. hee..

I actually asked hubby not to buy the (SGD171 each) tickets and wait for news from his friend instead cause I love free tickets! :p His friend couldn't confirm if we have the tickets till a very late date, but I didn't care lah.. I believe if I don't get it, then I got no fate to see those boys loh. :( And our luck quite good cause after we reach stadium, our seats got upgraded! If not I can only see ants. :p FYI, that night I get to see giant ants! :p

Poor hubby haven slept for many nights.
I've got a Jiro fan and a Wu Zun fan, I'm looking for a Aaron fan. Anyone selling or giving away? :)

Yesterday woke up at 6am by really bad pain in tummy.
Diarrhea + vomiting + fever. Called hubby around 7 when I know I cannot tahan the pain and the pain don't look like it's going to go away. While waiting for him to reach my place, I was rolling around my bed in pain. It's so bad that you can't open your eyes kind of pain. Really very bad. :( After sometime my maid heard me and decide to bring me down to the clinic downstairs. But all the clinics around house area not open yet, had to go hospital. Hubby arrived just in time to bring me to SGH. Was at SGH's A&E from morning till noon. Spent the whole day waiting for Blood Test and Urine Test results.

And I missed Marketing lesson! Argh.. I'm so dead lah!!! I don't know what's going on le!

Plus I very upset today cannot go Birdpark ah! Supposed to go with Ber, Daddy Phua and Hubby de loh.. :'( don't know they had fun anot. :( Stupid tummy bully me when everyone having fun I have to stay at home. :(

Yesterday was my first time having the tube thingy on my inner arm there.. Very very pain ah! and also my first injection on my butt ah. Pain! :( A very scary experience. I was vomiting and vomiting. Every cup of water I drink also came out. Medication also vomit out.

I was so weak that when I come home, I kept sleeping on-off, on-off..

Totally love my hubby who look after me. Especially when I kept vomiting and he have to give me the paper bags, and help me throw also and push me in and out since I'm on wheelchair. Not sure if he'll continue be like that after marriage, but I'll remember 23 December 2008. How hubby looked after me without any grumbling.. Okay maybe he got grumble say he very hungry liao.. :p Since we both didn't eat a single thing until like 12+pm? Madness!!!

In my 13th Pack of free samples, there's 2 different BB Creams from BRTC, 1 sachet of Dermalogical Eye Repair and 1 tiny tube of Clinelle Moisture Booster. Must grab item of this pack would be the BB creams because there's 2 sachet for each type of BB cream.

I've never once bought BB creams even though I've tired quite a few types.
Since I started using fr3b.com. All BB creams I have used are all free samples.
But I don't get everything to try though, most of the time I would try products that has more possitive reviews. :)

Title: Clinelle Moisture Booster
Rated: 2/5
Like: Easily absorbed.
Dislike: Sample is too little for us to see any result.
Main Review: I couldn't get much out from the small sample tube. Maybe because there's too little product thus making it very easy for the product to be absorbed bah. Not much effect for us to notice too. But there's one thing I like though. It's more lotion-y than cream-y thus making it less oily-feel as compared to many "rich" Moisture Booster products.
Will I Buy It: No

Title: Dermalogica Intensive Eye Repair
Rated: 2/5
Like: Doesn't have too strong smell? & not too rich.
Dislike: Expensive! Didn't see much effect.
Main Review: First of all, currently I am not willing and also not that rich enough to spend almost $100 on 15ml of eye-cream! It's too expensive and after using the sample for a couple of times, I don't really see any effect. :( The only plus point is that it's doesn't have a strong smell and it's not overly creamy, so it didn't cause irritation on my very sensitive eye area.. For me, the sample size amount was enough for a few applications. :)
Will I Buy It: No

Title: BRTC Jasmine Water BB Cream SPF30 PA
Rated: 3/5
Like: SPF and it's not too thick.
Dislike: Average coverage, a bit expensive to me.
Main Review: This BB Cream is quite good, it's better than most of those that I've tried. It's not too thick thus it's quite easy to apply, I actually quite like it. Coverage is so-so only, can't cover my panda eyes, some old scars and those red red stuffs under my skin. :( Smell wise it's acceptable. It's not overly-oily too. Not too bad for a BB Cream. Price wise, it's a little bit expensive. :(
Will I Buy It: Maybe

Title: BRTC Protect Multiplex Balm BB Cream SPF20 PA++
Rated: 4/5
Like: SPF, not bad coverage
Dislike: Expensive
Main Review: This BB Cream is not too bad. It's a little thicker as compared to the Jasmine Water BB Cream from the same brand, thus making it a tiny bit more difficult to spread. I've read review that says Jasmine Water has a lighter tone but I personally find that Multiplex's tone is a bit lighter. I guess it really depands on when we use it bah, best it's to grab both to try it for yourself. :)
Coverage is not too bad, can't hide all my problems but so does almost every other product on the shelf. :( Smell wise it doesn't smell as nice as Jasmine Water but of cause it doesn't stink lah, acceptable smell loh. Most reviews also says that it's not oily. I would say yes it's NOT Overly-oily but I personally feel that BB Creams on the whole are still somewhat oily de loh. The Whitening effects are not really visible maybe the product have to be used for over longer period of time before the effects are visible bah. Don't get me wrong, I still think this BB cream is not too bad overall but maybe I'm just not used to paying too much for cosmetics. :p
Will I Buy It: Maybe

Tons of stuffs to update..

Been really busy the past few days, will update when I'm a bit "free-er" cause there's lots more events to come...

Anyway I'm in quite bad mood ah.
Received some of my over the net purchases and a lot of them aren't in very good condition. Arggh.. I hate those dishonest sellers ah. Especially those tell you brand new de but actually used before de. Or those give their item an rating of 10/10 or 9/10 but actually maybe at most 4/10, 5/10 that kind ah. grrr... There's this one seller who pissed me off quite bad, I'm emailing her to complain about some of my unhappiness and giving her a chance to "redeem" herself, if she doesn't handle it carefully, I'm so going to rant out here together with photos and website address! I AM ANGRY. grrr..

Just last week, I finally got my skinnies, but I'm super unhappy!

First off, she increased the price suddenly, but I accepted it since it's still relatively cheaper than what's the outside shops are selling at.

Then the handler didn't update the status of the order on her blog for quite sometime, so I email her to check if I can get my stuffs. She ask me where do we meet up when I have already told her and paid together with my stuffs, for meeting up at the location. I decide to be nice and inform her it's at Harbour Front MRT, I even ask her to sms me so that we can arrange it earlier. But she didn't get back to me by email or sms.

I'm tired waiting for her reply, so I've decided to sms her instead. Then I check with her if we can meet up at 1pm on 18th since my class ends at 12 and it only takes about 30-45mins for me to reach our meeting place from school. She ask me to pay extra $3 for the meet up. Then when I told her I've already paid $2.50 when I first paid the full amount, she say she's playing game and will get back to me. Then she sms-ed me at around 4.38am in the morning saying we'll meet at 1pm the next day which I'm not sure she's talking about 18th or 19th.

I sms-ed her checking with her for confirmation but she didn't reply. After school, I called her a few times and she didn't pick up. When I reach our meeting venue she sms-ed me saying she got pms cramp lah, so cannot make it and I ask to meet another day. I decide that no point getting angry and told her we'll meet the next day at the same time, since my class starts at 2pm that day. She didn't reply my message.

At 2.29am, she smsed me asking me if I can meet her at 1.45pm instead.
I told her no, it have to be before 1.20pm cause I have lesson 2pm. She ask me if she can reach in time if she leave Sengkang at 1pm. Of cause the answer is no, so I replied I don't think so. She then replied saying that she's meeting someone at Sengkang at 1pm and if I can wait for her, (at this point I'm beginning to feel damn irritated, cause I don't understand which part of I can't she don't understand???) So I replied, Can't if not I'll be really late for class. Then she didn't reply until 2.41am, she say okay, den she'll meet me around 1.15pm there. I thought maybe she've managed to pushed the earlier meeting earlier or something..

I'm afraid I'll be late, cabbed down to meet her but when I smsed her at 1.10pm she says she's on her way, asked me where do we meet and said that she's not coming out of the station. I replied that I'll meet her near the control station's near the exit there then. I guess I was a tiny bit early, so I decide to go cheers to buy a bottle of drink.. I smsed her asking where is she and she didn't reply me. I finished the whole bottle and she's yet to be found. Just when I'm about to sms her she replied me at 1.22pm that she's at Little India. I'm very very pissed because we're supposed to be meeting at 1.15 and I've already told her that I can only wait till 1.20pm because I'll be late for lesson! I ask her what time will she reach, informing her in case she got no super Short Term Memory that I'm late for school already.. At 1.28pm I received her sms asking me what time is it. She tell me her time says its 13.15pm. She ask me if she clock is slower by a lot? She say sorry! and ask me to tell her asap if my jeans cannot fit cause most of her customer cannot fit. -.-
When I reply her to tell her that it's 1.29pm (MRT's time) and that I'm super late. She replied with omg, she left 2 stops and where's my class at.. blah blah blah. By this time I'm, very very very pissed. Cause to me it doesn't matter where I study what it matters is she is very late and have a very lame de excuse!

You know there are many sellers/handlers with those stupid rules like if you're late for meetup you have to pay a some of money? In her T&C there's this line that states that $3 will be charged if I'm late for 15mins and extra $1 will be charged for every 5mins. She's late for 20mins, does that means she owe me $4? I'm not interested in the $4 really. But because that she's late I have to run up to take a cab down in order not to be too late. Including the cab fee, the skinnies became super expensive to me. Then also if I'm 15mins late for class, my attendance will be marked as zero and I'll have less than 90% of attendance and I'll not be able to take exams which means I'm wasting $5.5K!!! She nearly make me lost 5.5k okay!!!

Now can you see why I'm so angry???
I'm angry because she gave me so much problems and also thinks I'm stupid.
Argh. whatever.

Wednesday's special 1-to-1 lesson.

All because I woke up a bit late and remembered that there's a afternoon lesson I can "fall-back" on. SMS-ed my lecturer to check if there's a session in the afternoon for my class. He called back after the morning lesson to tell me that there's indeed another lesson that I can attend if I missed the morning's lecture..

I printed out my assignment questions and scanned through them before going to lesson so that I can ask him. At 2pm, I happily went to school and then found out that I'm the only student in class ah! Everyone went for the morning lesson!!! -.-

We waited till about 2.30pm to make sure that there's no one else who's going for the afternoon lesson. By 3pm, we've gone through all the necessary stuffs for my assignment and I can go home le. hahas.

I'm very grateful to my lecturer for staying even though he's actually on MC..
And also because it's a special 1-to-1 session, I manage to ask him a few questions and clear my doubts on some issues. Although I'm still a bit blur blur de. :p

My first Christmas Present from Hubby.

Theoretically this isn't the first Christmas present for this year, cause he gave me something else.. but this present was promised to me very long time ago mah.. So I count it as first loh. :p

I got to choose my own Christmas Present this year! :)
After some consideration, I decide to go for the Motorola V9..
The past couple of months I was looking at phones from another brand.. Searching high and low for my perfect phone.. but just can't find it. End up I decided to get this phone simply because I wanted to try a new brand. :p

They didn't have stock for V9 in Rose Gold, so I decide to just settle with this Bronze colour, and I might get it decorated, masked or something when I have the money...

With the voucher, hubby only paid $38. Sound like cheapo right? But at least he's not as cheapo as me, to give him what we won as Christmas present. Hee.. But I got give him other stuffs de loh.. But those stuffs I think not that important to him bah..

Yesterday morning, before I left home I realised my Christmas present is the same colour as my wallet leh! I'm actually not a big fan of bronze colour but now 2 quite important items in my life is bronze colour de. hahas. weird..

Anyway I quite like the makeover done by the the lady there so I decide to buy the brushes and hope to recreate similar look one day... I bought 2 brushes and 1 eyebrow colour thingy there. Abit expensive even after the 20% discount though.. (DMG: $79.20)

All Makeup done by lady (I think she's call JASS) at the Make Up Store, except my short lashes, which has been curled and "mascara-ed" at home by me. :p
I asked for simple makeup and below is the result..

A lot of photos waiting to be posted. Went out with my friends today since Hubby is working... And I love love love my Sha Xiaomei and JS ah! They so sweet to accompany me for the afternoon until 3pm. And we take neoprints! First time 3 of us take together. :)

Oh and I overspent again today ah. Finally found the hair mask I use last time.. And then I buy Christmas song CD then also cause I went for free makeover after meeting 2 of them and then I feel like I have to buy the eye shadow brush and the eyebrow brush and colour cause she make my eyes very pretty leh. Show you all in another post. :P

Anyone realised I don't often blog about Chinese New Year?
Cause in some weird way I always look stupid during CNY. It's either my make up or my dressing or something. Anyway just when I thought since I didn't take many photos during this year's CNY, I thought no photos will surface..

The first person I showed my medal to is mummy. Cause without her I would have missed the race. Yes I overslept a little cause I was too excited the night before. :p
End up took cab down and have to walk long distance again to leave my bag somewhere and walk long distance back to the starting line, I was sweating even before I reach the starting line. -.-''

This year a lot of people joined, think about 2k more people in the 10km women category.
There were a lot more water stations, but a lot less people cheering.
I would say this year's "volunteers" are not as enthusiastic as the previous year's.

Last year there were bands and a lot of people cheering, this year I saw many of them hiding from the sun and the number of people whom I hear cheering could be counted with my 2 hands. Yes, it's that pathetic. Maybe it's the weather or they were being dragged there to "work". Haiz..

2007, I trained very little, was sick on the day itself and I finish the race in 1h:20m:24s.
2008, I didn't train at all, in fact didn't even run at all for the whole year and on the day itself finish the race in 1h:27m:11s.

Now I've stick some post-its on my monitor reminding me to stop all computer activities and concentrate on my books! That's how pathetic I am. Need more self discipline! GRAWL!

Second day of school and I'm beginning to feel tired already. argh.
Stuffs that happen on the first day shall not be blogged about because it says I'm STUPID all over. -.-

On Tuesday morning as I ate breakfast at home, I was so scared that I would be late and I had to take cab and I met a super grumpy taxi driver. Normally once I get into a cab, I'll try to see if the driver is Mandarin speaking or English speaking and I'll speak to him in what I think he's more comfortable with. I spoke to this Chinese uncle in mandarin except when I tell him the address I told him in English simply because I don't know the Chinese road name???

Then he started to throw black face, drove off really slowly and started scolding me. -.-
He ask me why I'm speaking in Mandarin? and I replied that I'm used to speaking Mandarin to Taxi Drivers (which is not wrong because I met a lot of Mandarin speaking taxi drivers.). And then he begin to scold me. Say what it's not right to be "used to" and what people nowadays don't know how to use their mother tongue. -.- Wah lao, super irritating loh. I don't know why is he scolding me??? I spoke in my mother tongue and I get scolded for not speaking in my mother tongue??? Stupid cab driver. Spoilt my mood!!!

Dislike: Doesn't really seem to work for me.
Main Review: I guess my skin's really naughty this week. None of the products seems to work and I'm getting a little tired trying to get rid of those stubborn blackheads and huge pores. This mask thingy is easy to apply and I think it's alright. It's not too strong that it hurts my skin so I'm quite alright with it. It's a pity it didn't work. I still have 1 sample pack which I got at JurongPoint, I'll give it a try another day.

Title: Skinfood Rice Mask
Rated: 4/5
Like: Lesser blackheads & smell natural.
Dislike: None at the moment.
Main Review: I used the whole sample on my face this afternoon. After I read that other fr3b'ers used for 3-4 applications, I feel like a idiot. -.- Anyway back to the review. I'm not sure if I'm having a super good skin day or something, after using this mask, my blackheads seems to have become a bit lesser! The smell like most Skinfood stuffs, smells natural and "comforting". The rice thingy acts as a pretty good scrub I suppose. I'm not so sure about the whitening part though. I would say I really enjoined using this mask. Might be getting this product to use/try somemore. :)
Will I Buy It: Yes

Title: Skinfood Herb Salad Essence
Rated: 3/5
Like: No need to use much.
Dislike: Oily feeling.
Main Review: The first time I tried, I dabbed a little here and there and I liked it. The smell is alright and it's not too oily. The second time I put on a little more and spread all over my face. When you put too much the herb smell is stronger than the orangy smell and I don't really like the herb smell. My face also becomes very oily after a while. But so far so good, no breakouts. *touchwood* :p
Will I Buy It: Maybe

Title: Naturenu Wild Rose Hand and Nail Creme
Rated: 4/5
Like: Smell not too over and not too oily.
Dislike: Not very cheap.
Main Review: I like this hand cream a lot. The rose smell is lasting but not overpowering. It's creamy but not too oily. And sample is good enough for 2-3 applications if you're using on your hands only. :) I used it all on my hands and legs. :p After a while you'll totally forget that you put hand cream cause no sticky or oily feeling. :) Only minus point it's that I don't often buy hand cream so I find this a tiny bit expensive. :p Might purchase it if I've extra money to spare loh..

There were many small animals, a Kampung House and some water slides for kids to play. :)

After we came out of the Children's World, we decide that it's time for us to go back to rest.

Hubby decide to be super sweet, to go IMM with me just to let me take a look at the boys. We spend a couple of hours there sweating and waiting for them. End up my Da Dong didn't come leh. :( I'm damn sad lah. :( Let the pictures do the talking..

Rated: 3/5
Like: Removes deadskin without pain.
Dislike: Doesn't remove blackheads.
Main Review: It effectively removes quite a lot of what appears to be deadskin but doesn't work on my stubborn blackheads though. I prefer this to the marvel gel from ginvera?. At least after using it, my face doesn't hurt. If your main concern is deadskin I think you might like it. My main concern is my very stubborn blackheads, so I don't think I'll get this product.
Will I Buy It: No

Title: CURE Natural Aqua Jel
Rated: 4/5
Like: Removes deadskin w/o pain, easy application
Dislike: Doesn't remove blackheads
Main Review: Similar to the Sansho Renewal Gel, this Jel also removes deadskin without the pain I get after using the Ginvera marvel gel. But I personally feel that this CURE is better than the Sansho one because it's very easy to apply. When you pump out it's gel form, once you apply on your face it's like liquid like that. Very easy to smooth on. Only minus point is that I still have those stubborn blackheads. I think I'm stuck with stawberry nose for the rest of my life. :(
Will I Buy It: No

Title: Skinfood Oat Cinnamon Rich Foam
Rated: 3/5
Like: Natural smell, scrub & not too drying.
Dislike: It's not cheap.
Main Review: The natural smell, makes me feel at ease while using. I also like the gentle feel of the scrub and the not too drying feel. It's a pity that it doesn't really suit my oily combination skin and also a little bit expensive. :p
Will I Buy It: Maybe

Title: Naturenu Honey Mango Body Butter
Rated: 4/5
Like: Smell and non-sticky feel
Dislike: Not much effect.
Main Review: I like the smell, was a bit hesitant to grab this sample when I read reviews saying that the smell is very strong. I find it alright if I use on my legs and arms. It's not too bad. It's my first time using body butter and I find it not easy to spread everywhere like lotion. But also because of the not easy to spread, I can slowly apply to my skin and find my skin being loved. :p But I find that there's not much moisturising effect on the skin. Maybe I should buy one to try using and see if it does work if used long term. :)
Will I Buy It: Maybe

Title: Skinfood Black Sesame Hot Mask
Rated: 3/5
Like: Warm and the natural smell.
Dislike: Doesn't clear my stubborn blackheads.
Main Review: I'm still looking for anything that can help me clear those stubborn blackheads. This mask smells really nice to me. The "scrub" feels alright but if you massage too hard it's a little painful. I like the warm warm feeling when you first put it on but it doesn't seem to last long and I'm not sure what it really does to my skin. Glad that it's quite gentle and didn't hurt my skin, I guess it's pretty good as a normal scrub that smells really good. But nah, I wouldn't buy it cause I'm still searching for my perfect blackhead remover mask and of coz it's also not very cheap you know. :p

I'm crazy over boots lately and these 2 pairs cost about $25-$35 each pair. I saw a shop in Bugis selling the white one but didn't go check out their price. :p 1-2 years back when I was searching for boots in FEP, I think 1 pair of boots cost around $49.90-$99.90 like that. -.-''

Yes I know they look the same to you but actually they are a tiny bit different. The white one has this cushioning thingy on top and is a tiny tiny bit longer than the black one.. And the lace for the white one is a bit thicker also. :p

Got one colleague say I have pig totters. Whatever.
I never said I am pretty, slim and chio what, I only say I think I'm very cute! :p

This is an update of my weekend. :)

8th November 2008
Saturday at 2am, Shaxiaomei on msn intro 1 show to me.
We watched 1 episode on youtube until 4am. Then she went to sleep, I blogged and went to sleep also.

Went to work as usual, the new staff went to the other showroom to learn from our most experienced sales staff, boss came down to help out.

And I got a present leh!

Hahas. Not from Boss lah, but from the girl who's leaving, her last day is Sunday..

Hubby came down to pick me up from work. Poor hubby waited quite sometime while I served a last min customer until around 8.45, took a cab home and I went to bathe.

Hubby watched a bit of the show which I watched "in the morning" while waiting for me to bathe & get ready to go out. We went out at around 10pm to eat dinner! Went to our favourite supper place, eat full full and took a cab to Great World City. All the shops were closed by then, so we went to the arcade to play some games while waiting for our show to start at 11.40pm.

Quantum of Solace. I like. :)

After the movie, we went back home to sleep loh.
I got bitten twice on my knee and thigh by 1 small ant and it's really pain and itchy. :(
Played abit of DS before I sleep. Oh yah, hubby pass me back my DS so I'm playing with it now. :p

Sunday, hubby woke me up early because he need to go Beach Road to get some stuffs.
We went there to eat our brunch before going up to get his things. But before he bought his stuffs, we went to a shop and I bought a new backpack. :)

Decide to pass on my old green Deuter backpack to my brother so I have to buy one to "replace" mah.. Actually the previous week we went to a few places but just couldn't find any deuter bags. :(

Uncle give me 20% discount, if I'm not wrong price can push lower de, but cause I'm very tired we decide to just take the price he give me loh. Can hear my wallet and heart go ouch ouch ouch?

After hubby bought his stuffs, we went to Bugis to walk walk while waiting for sms reply from JS. Don't know why no reply de. -.- Anyway we walked walked walked until very very tired loh!!

Hubby buy for me 1 DVD let me watch during my "rest period" before I start school.
I know it's going to be shown on tv soon, but I will miss it de, so buy loh, since now got promo, $15.

Then we went to the neoprint shop to take neoprint, it's been a while since we last took neoprints.. Anyway the machine there sucks lah. Cheat our money de. Even though no one use the machine, we got no time to edit our photos de loh! At start show 108 or 208secs, 5-6secs later become left 20secs. -.-''

Walked back to Bugis there to eat some snacks. Since JS didn't reply, we decide to go back to rest.

Dropped by my house area there the salon to shape my eyebrows first, den go home sleep.
Hubby went off at 7pm and I'm blogging this at 4am because my period is here and I'm having this really bad cramp and cannot sleep. :(

Main Review: Alright there's 2 product here so I'll review one at the time okay? Not okay also must say okay, cause that's what I'm going to do. First up, the Marvel Gel. I think it removes deadskin as my skin feels smoother after using it. As for my stubborn blackheads, probably only 25-50% were removed. My face hurts after exfoliating and it's really irritating lah. :( Next, the Illuminating Lotion. I thought it's like a toner kinda lotion but alas, it's more like a sunblock kinda cream. Face is a bit sticky and I don't like it at all. So now I have a sticky with slight pain face. :(
Will I Buy It: No

Title: Lotree Base Makeup
Rated: 4/5
Like: Good coverage & easy to use.
Dislike: Expensive
Main Review: I'm not a makeup expert so I wouldn't be able to tell you the pros and cons like a professional. But even a makeup idiot like me can use this to make my skin look very chio. I'm sure it's a pretty good product. :) It didn't fully cover my super dark panda eyes but it covers most of my blemishes! Coverage without "weight" is good. I'm not a big fan of liquid foundation. I find them messy and I always end up looking rather "ghostly". This time round with the base and little pressed powder on top, I look quite natural and I like it. :) I prefer this to their BB cream as BB cream a bit difficult for me to blend? The only minus point so far it's the price. I'm a soon-to-be student and SGD60 for 1 (35ml) bottle is indeed a little steep for me. :(
Will I Buy It: Maybe

Main Review: I used before bedtime and when I wake up I didn't notice any difference other than more blackheads. I don't like the white particles and the werid werid feeling it gave me when applying the product. Guess this essence thing doesn't work for me. :(

Yes, I took a lot of photos! When I said I was going to blog in parts, I wasn't kidding! Cause there are really too many photos! And nope, this is not the last part yet...

So in the previous post there were Smelly Otters, Underwater Ballerinas and Kangaroos taller than yours truly..

In part 4, I've lots of Baboons. Yes, those red butt monkeys! *giggles*
They have so much similarity with humans, making it quite enjoyable to watch them. :)

Apologise for the blur photos, cause I was walking and snapping away. :p

Some of the monkeys.. My favourite is the blur photo of the monkey drinking water, kinda artistic. lalala~

Top left corner, is a photo of a "daddy" and his kids. :)
Right top and bottom photo is some Deers or something. :p They were on this hill thingy and so so far away from us. Can hardly see them.. -.-

See I told ya they are somewhat like humans liao. :)

I notice mummy and daddy monkeys likes to hold their kid's tail to prevent them from running away. There's one very naughty little monkey who keep running away and the dad keep pulling his tail and drag him away. Very funny. It's a pity I didn't got it on video. :(

That's about it for the Baboons. I'm not sure what these are called, but they are really shy. Keep running and hiding, but their den is kinda one circle? so no matter how they hide I can always go the other side to see them. hahas. Cute.

This 2 little fellas looks like they are going to fight like that. Very cute loh.
And the 2 tortoise hor, I duno why they are there also. Like very weird. -.-

Little Goat and Mummy Goat. The mummy goat is very smart, at first she was laying down and I had a hard time taking her photo. Then when I bend down to take photo she stood up like as though she knows I need her to stand up to be able to take her photo. :) Cute hor?

After seeing the shy Proboscis Monkey who kept his face away from my camera the entire time & also the turtles who are erm.. in heat, we went on to look at other animals..

These Asian Small-clawed Otters are really cute but they are really smelly also!!! -.-''
And they swim really fast! It's so hard to capture them when they swim, on camera.

Next we saw the White Tigers! They are really pretty.
Hubby says they look like they are trying to jump over to our side.. scary..

Do you know that Pygmy Hippo is also known as the Underwater Ballerina of West Africa?
There were so many people in the mini shelter that I had to squeeze in to take a photo. At the side are photos of some long neck turtles? and yes at the bottom, that is a photo of me comparing myself to a BIG fish.

It's like so sunny and I don't see any dark clouds but there's still this weird drizzling..
Yes, they poo-ed everywhere in their own den and it's really stinky here as well.

And no, that is not a dress, it's a top and I'm wearing this white shorts underneath but I don't know why it can't be seen. -.-''

I don't know why I hear a lot of tourist keep saying this is a peacock. -.-
This is not a peacock, it's emu or something. :p

Hubby and I's Virgin Zoo Visit Part 2

Alright. So the weather wasn't that great. In fact it was drizzling when we set off from my parent's house in the south part of Singapore. I had that "we must go no matter what" feeling and off we went despite the weather.

By the time we reach the ZOO at around 11.20am, the warm, humid and slight drizzling weather welcomed us. And the entrance is super duper packed!!! The queue was so long I nearly didn't want to go in. :( We queued all the way to the end near the carpark and I thought we wouldn't be able to get in before 12.

We must thank our Lucky Stars, cause after queuing for about a few mins, a really kind Auntie with her daughter were looking for 2 people to bring in with them. She had complimentary tickets and they can bring another 2 person in for FREE! woo woot~

There were so many people and we were chosen! Lucky or what? :p
The best part? We didn't need to queue at all! We just follow them and walk in as if we owned the place. Like VIP like that! muahahaha~

After entering, we went separate ways with the really kind Auntie and Daughter.
*Hope they win 4D/Toto/Lucky Draw. For being so kind to us. :)

We took a map from the lady at the entrance and off we go to explore the zoo! :)

2 Siamang were resting on the branches. They were like so far away lah. :(

It's almost *20years since hubby last went to the Zoo.
*He say since primary school mah, so I presume it's about 20years liao. :p

Ever since we started back in 2004, we've always wanted to go to the zoo. We'll always say someday we'll find a day to go in to walk around and that someday didn't happen until one week ago. :p That's like 4 years. :p

Because there's about 200++ photos waiting for me to edit and post, I've decided to blog in parts. :) This post is mainly just an "introduction" and our camwhore photos before setting off.

Yesterday manage to close one sale. Gave them the best discount and they bought the sofa plus a ottoman. Break egg for Christmas sale! Though don't think boss will give me commission since I'm leaving in 17 days time. lalala~

Can't wait for the new girl to fully take over.
I'm not a very good teacher but I did try to be as patient as I can.
Rather pleased that she's a good student, taking down notes all the time. Very good. :)

I'm busy teaching the new girl while trying to settle whatever issues that I get. It's crazy!!!
At the end of the day, I just want to rest and do stuffs that doesn't require me to think or talk.

Waiting for my refund from the spree handler. A lot of items are OOS. :( Esp my favourite Pink checked Boots! :( I don't mind paying more since it's really hard to find in stores. In fact I've never seen anything like that! Supposed to collect the rest of the stuffs later but the girl just mentioned that she woke up late, so we'll have to find another time to meet up! :( Paid 14 Sept, now it's already 30th Oct and I've yet to get the refunds & items. I'm so unhappy lah.

Chicky is unhappy lah! :(

And chicky has a few hundreds of photo but no time to edit. :(

Main Review: I am forced to use mouth wash because of my tooth all decaying and all going to drop out if I don't clean them well. Laugh all you want, but that's the SAD truth. I'm in this love-hate relationship with this mouthwash. It's really spicy and that's how I know it works but then it's so hot that I tear after 5-10secs of rinsing. :( And after rinsing my mouth feel very dry. :( but I'll still use it because it works. :p
Will I Buy It: Yes

Title: Neutrogena Radiance Sampler Kit
Rated: 4/5
Like: No stinging feeling, light scent & skin feels pampered.
Dislike: Cleanser has milk smell?
Main Review: As of now, this is the sample kit of the year!! I know you're probably still laughing at my cleanser has milk smell comment. Yes, I'm one of those irritating overly sensitive people. lalala~ But don't get me wrong, I love the cleanser. Even though it has a milk smell and doesn't foam as much as my usual cleanser, my face actually feels clean minus the dry feeling! The toner doesn't stings my face and I also like that it smells alright to me. :) The best item has to go to the mask! I left the mask on for 15mins and took it off before I sleep; I woke up next day with a glow on my face. :) Will check this product out and if it's not too far away from my budget, I'll definitely buy it! :)

Like: SPF
Dislike: Coverage soso and my face a bit oily after 4hrs
Main Review: Like what some have already said, it's quite a normal 2way powder foundation. Coverage is so-so, I use it on top of bb cream. Tone wise, it'll be good if they let people choose the shade that's suitable for their skin tone. But it'll be more expensive to manufacture I think. :p Just 4 hours after application, my nose has started to get a tiny bit oily. The sample size is good to bring out for touch-ups when you've only got a tiny bag to squeeze your stuffs in. :)
Will I Buy It: No

Title: Derma Genesis Cellular Youth Creating Day Cream
Rated: 3/5
Like: Feels a bit like gel, not too creamy.
Dislike: A bit sticky & my face kinda shine after a while.
Main Review: If you do follow my reviews, you'll know that I'm not a big fan of creams. I find most creams too rich for my liking and sometimes if I slather on a little more, my combi skin will protest with breakouts and some oil beads thingy? :( Not to mention that I hate the thick thick feeling on my face. Like a mask suffocating my skin like that. So, boy am I glad that this cream is actually more gel-cream than cream-cream. :) My face feels a tiny bit sticky-oily but it's not so bad that I feel it's dirty or something. And my nose looks kinda shiny which irritates me because I hate my fat nose. :(

Many times I tell myself there's no need to be jealous of her (insert name of anyone), sometimes I bear with all these anger until it takes over me completely and I'll say the bitchiest stuffs.

Hubby doesn't understand why am I like that.
Neither do I.

But what makes me even more angry is when hubby's unable to understand, makes him angry. So many times we've fight about the same bloody problem which I cannot tell the world about.. Sometimes I have no idea what's my blog for when I cannot even bitch a slight bit. :( Hubby can bitch to his friends. She can bitch to her friends. Me? I cannot even bitch to my friends lah. :(

Many times I feel like *(insert any abuse eg. shouting, slapping, kicking, splashing acid on, stabbing) that bitch. I know If I want to, I can sloop down so low that you can't even imagine. But I always hold back, not because I'm afraid of being put into jail or getting whatever punishment. In actual fact, I'm more worried that I'm becoming a bitch. I don't want to sloop so low. I don't want to bring myself down to a bitch's level or in my terms, the super bitch's level. lalalala~

How else can I release this irritating unwanted anger?
Sometimes retail therapy works, but even then, it's for a short while.
Remember someone once told me to list out 5 things that I'm happy doing.
I listed sleeping, eating, shopping, excising and talking to friends.

It's fool-proof.
If I have no money, then I can't shop.
If I scared of growing fat or no mood to eat, then I can't eat.
If I am feeling lazy, I wouldn't want to move my fat butt.
If all my friends are busy, then I have no one to talk to.
If I've got no time for all of the above or even sleep, why am I spending my precious time on being angry?

There's no reason why I should be upset for too long then.
Since I'm always "OOT".

PS: I'm feeling a lot better already, although I can do better with more sleep, more energy and more cash.. hee.. *wide grin*

Supposed to meet up with Ber and JS on Monday (20th Oct) to go back to ITE Bishan.
Then my photo alarm didn't ring because I set it to ring only on Tuesday to Saturday.
Good thing Ber called me and I rushed all the way down to Bishan just on time to see Mama coming back after tabao-ing lunch. hee.

**This is a super ranting post.

I've lost 2 packages within a week! 1 sent out on 2nd Oct the other one around 6 days later. Damn shitty lah.

Why I didn't choose registered post? Cause all cheap cheap de items loh. Eg. MGL Denim Shorts at $14 mail and Ruby Pink Glasses at $6 mailed. Of cause I cannot blame the blogshop owners totally loh. Cause they not responsible for my lost since I choose the stupid normal mail mah.

& so my wishlist just got longer. lalalala~

Things have not been going smoothly at work!
Another 2 staffs are leaving which means I cannot take anymore leave till my boss brings in and trains more new staffs. The worst news is that the other girl who's not leaving is taking leave on the days I wanna take leave for her wedding! argh!!! :(

Main Review: I know I'm so contradicting and you want to throw stones at me for the above "answers". First, I must say I really like the colour. I think it looks very pretty and looking at itinstantly makes me feel like a princess. After I put some on my face, I kinda of love and hate it. Love how it makes my skin looks "glowy ". And hate that it makes me skin look really shiny and oily in photos. And because it's a little shiny, it kinda makes my blemishes seems more "outstanding" so I'm rather disturbed by that. :( Secondly I think the smell is light and sweet really makes the user feel like a little girl all over again. Overall a rather good experience and I will definitely use this on good skin days. :)

Title: BRTC Whitening & Wrinkle repair BB Cream

Like: Not as thick as Gold Caviar
Dislike: Not very good coverage
Main Review: Alright I know it's not totally their fault that I can't cover my blemishes totally. My skin is terrible. :( I have problem working with the cream, I will need to improve my skill by a lot if I want to use BB cream. After application, my face looks really white and the cream feels a bit thick and oily on my face. Well, the price is a little bit steep and unless I learn how to use it properly, I don't think I would purchase it at all.

Like: SPF and the name sounds expensive
Dislike: Thick and not very good coverage
Main Review: I'm just going to admit that I am shallow to say that I like this product because it sounds expensive. But well, it's GOLD CAVIAR! hahas. Okay, so I also like that it contains a bit of SPF which also means lazy people like me doesn't have to add another step to get sun protection we need. So I don't like that it feels thick and that the coverage is not very good. Alright I know it's my fault for having panda eyes and I have yet to find a product that can hide them. As per my review on the whitening BB Cream, I have problem using BB Cream/liquid foundation and stuffs, maybe that's the cause of my face looking white after application. This is $6 more expensive as compared to the whitening one! I don't think I'll purchase this as I'll only be wasting money since I am really lousy with BB creams.

Main Review: I think I cannot use BB Cream at all. I keep feeling like it's too thick and I can't seem to cover much. :( I like the sample tube, it's very pretty and makes me feel like queen. Colour tone wise, this one seems to be a tiny bit darker as compared to the BRTC ones cause it didn't make me look too pale or maybe I didn't slap on too much. Honestly I don't know what's wrong with me. :( This one seems to be the most expensive of the lot and it's off my budget. So I don't think I'll purchase it.

Blank. I don't have any. Nope, not that it's not interesting or I got knocked out or something. I'm just plain boring and too friendless that I didn't went for my secondary school's prom night. Bah. I didn't even went for the candle lighting thingy at the church. I must be the worse classmate ever.

My Expected Graduation?
If you mean dream graduation, I ever dreamed that I was pretty and smart and got good grades and all my teachers and classmates love me. Bah. That never ever happen and I'm still that ugly fat chick. Woke up early so that I can meet them to go Kbox on Friday.

The room is rather big and it's very very very cold!

Total damage in the 3hours, $13.50 each which includes 1 drink and 1 "lunchbox".
We ordered different food, so I took photos of our food. :)

This prize broke the record as the most expensive prize ever won by me since the $500+ oven I won some years back, the one which my parents collected and dad went to exchange for a stupid radio for his own use. -.- He's such an ass really. :(

Went down to pay my course fees yesterday.
Borrowed some money from mum.
Don't know what to do without her.
Then again, I can always don't study this year and diedie also try to get myself into poly next year.. argh. duno lah. really scared I can't get into poly again. :(

I'm in this stupid mood because of some online spreeing stuffs loh.
I've invested about 3-4 hundreds on some goods which I'm supposed to get about 1 week ago but I've yet to get them due to lots of delay by the seller loh. :( Wanted to open my blogshop last week, now she tells me I've to wait another 2-3 weeks or even more! I only wanted to earn 20%, now I'm afraid I've got no time to manage the shop and have to sell at cost to quickly get back my money liao. freaking upset and irritated. :(

First "modelling assignment".

Couple of months back I went for my first modelling assignment.
While it was really fun, it's really tiring also loh.
I don't have all the photos yet, but I saw like 4 of the photos and I look a little unglam lah. :( with all the makeup melting and my "babyfats" poking out from everywhere. -.-

I felt like I've wasted my photographer's time. :(
Now I'm so scared that they can't sell their stuffs because of me. :(

Anyway, I'm only posting my favourite photo of the 4, cause I think that's the only photo that I look "see-able' in.

oh. and this is the only photo that my hair still look alright. The rest I look like I've got lion's mane. :(

Normally when people receive letter stating that their application for a course has been successful and they've been offered a place, they would be really happy.

Me?
I got a shock and then got bloody worried.

The course fee increased from 4400 to 4800 which the course consultant says it's "printing error on the brochure", after GST and all, total cost: SGD5,349.00!

Madness.

The 2nd shock of the day: I have to give them the confirmation letter and the payment for the course by 07 October 2008 (10 days from the date I received my letter), or the place will be given to other people! :(

Will be calling my course consultant.
I wouldn't have that much money ready in such a short time. I couldn't even come up to the amount for the first installment cause I've not gotten my pay for September yet.
